Absolute horrible corporate management. Not the slightest care for technicians, store managers, or anyone who isn't in direct ties to the corporate head office. Delegate work that has nothing to do with your job description and power trippers in management with little to no professional tact. Lack of knowledge in basic accounting, store front management, franchising, operational management, basic human communication and prioritization at corporate level.
