      Good quality & wide variety of work will be available from the starting point for freshers. Seniors are good & boss is a good mentor.

      Cons

      Stressful work environment as more work will be given as you age in the company. Deadlines & multiple projects (in some cases) will always make you work more than 40 hours/week.
