Shady sales tactics, high pressure, and the owner tells you to be dishonest with customers and mark up buildings, claim they are the manufacturer when they are reselling someone else's buildings. Also seen him steal and keep people's deposits, and threaten to sue everyone with his lawyer. I had to quit because of this
