Feedback is a great way to help our company improve and is always welcome. Construction is a fast-paced atmosphere requiring constant responsible decision-making. And yes, sometimes the work can get ahead of itself in order to meet schedules. The industry is changing rapidly and our processes need to change to keep up. It’s a tough balancing act. At Steel Encounters we have multiple forums to bring issues to the team and team leaders. We encourage all of our employee-owners to speak up about a problem of any size.
