Genuinely the best company culture you could ask for. The owners are incredibly generous, the pay structure is virtually limitless, and you have the opportunity to travel all over the country. Highly recommend to anyone who’s willing to put in the work

You have to grind. This isn’t really a con, but if you can’t, it’s not for you.

The average pay rate is acceptable.

The new management hired a few months ago has implemented impossible changes. Be expected for your paychecks to be docked for any and all mistakes, be prepared to be required to work over 50 hours and on weekends or be written up and fired. Be prepared for your PTO time to be taken from you for any overtime you can't work. Be prepared to be told everyday how much you suck at your job and to be expected to be both slow and detailed but also fast to push orders through. Before the new manager, this company was very family oriented and company moral was amazing, tons of awesome appreciation, but now everyone hates coming in to work and anyday could be your last. Do NOT recommend coming into this mess and being belittled and treated as children each day and your pay to docked at their discretion.
