Pros
There are many benefits that compete with larger consulting firms. The pay is competitive, and given the size of the firm, there is opportunity for some freedom to try various things as it continues to grow and help make an impact.
Cons
I often hear the response, "I'll have to check with Likia" in many circumstances. The firm is somewhat small, so that is expected somewhat as certain things come up that need to be figured out. However, I hear it from folks that are 1 degree of separation from the CEO on many occasions. I would think that tight circle would be more empowered to make some of those decisions.
