Steffes is an awesome place to grow your career. I started out in assembly and worked my way up to my current role as a system administrator. The benefits alone make it worth it, but what really keeps me here is the great culture.

The GFW facility is located about 5 miles out of town.

Nice amount of innovation. Generally easy to work with different departments. Nice pace of work that keeps performance up but is also pretty laid back
