Company do not have a strength according to the workload, they are working with very limited staff and not hiring new people In tech department.
Because of the limited resources they are forcing people to serve the notice period of two months, However, According to their Policy they do have a Buyout option but they are not allowing their Employee to avail that.
Its also happening with me, I am ready for a Buyout option but they are not ready to release me and even not hiring any new candidate.
I have requested the same to so many time but they are not ready to listen me.
As I have requested the same with the concern dept. and management so many time. But indeed, I am the only Individual earning Bread for my family and I do not want to lose this opportunity.
