Pros
Good vision, leadership is good at implementing new ideas and marketing promotions. Marketing potential is infinite since it is pioneering in Dental Stem Cell preservation and pretty much the only company in India to function at this scale asserting this concept.
Cons
Challenging concept still lot to try, miss and learn at marketing opportunities. Personally, was expecting better pay. A better clarity in long time vision will help it go a long way.
