Pros

Regular paycheck, other pros are unknown...

Cons

-Working here made me suspicious and skeptical of healthcare professionals -High turnover rate -Repeatedly denied PTO requests, despite having accrued PTO to use -Repeatedly asked to drive & work at random office locations -Little to no support from management -Tense work environment -Required to perform duties outside of normal job functions (ex. medical assistants shoveling snow or receptionists cleaning toilets) -Too much emphasis placed on sales rather than actual patient needs -General inconsistency -Upper management will say anything to get you to do what they want

Pros

Some of the physicians do seem to care about their employees and treat them with respect. Coworkers are helpful and kind.

Cons

Current management seems to hire friends and family. Care is not taken to hire quality candidates. This results in unprofessional, uneducated, incompetent, and unskilled persons. It is implied that everyone is replaceable and it doesn't matter if you do a good job. Manager tends to have others complete her duties and then takes the credit. The gossip mill starts with management. While most of the physicians are professional, there is one that seems to target employees one at a time. It would appear that this physician focuses on one person until they are so miserable that they quit or the individual can be fired. Resources required for completing job duties are not provided. Management decisions cannot be appealed and speaking directly with the physicians is seen as treason. This can lead to employees feeling isolated and with no recourse but to find other employment. Discipline seems to be arbitrary and there is no follow through on the process.
