Benefits package options are good. Retirement plan and company contribution is not great but they do offer both. The office environment is professional and mostly organized. Weekly office review meeting keep us all in the loop of everyone's work load. Everyone is willing to help each other succeed and share ideas/contacts. Do not pay overtime, but instead provide PTO for overtime hours.
