      More often reactive vs proactive in it's approach across all fronts. Cross-team collaboration is often a struggle. Sales dept receives accolades more often than others.

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
