Pros
Great people, nice building, that's it
Cons
Horrible management, completely out of touch, zero transparency, everyone is someone's brother, neighbour, or lover.
Lack of communication, lack of vision
Underpaid employees, salaries below standard across all departments, barely covering the basics (and keep in mind it's in Lomma, where no one lives, so you always need to commute).
People who speak up get fired, especially at managerial level. Somehow union reps disappear FAST with no explanation, especially in production.
At the beginning of the year fired 10 our of 14 support employees and replaced them with contractors without relevant knowledge and experience, and at much higher salary. It made zero sense and there was no transparency in the process. When people were reassured that no one else is at risk, another person in another department was suddenly fired.
Praises itself on being international but management refuses to speak English (which is official language of the company).
Basically would love to be a US corporation but is sadly tied up by Swedish employment laws (which doesn't stop them from pushing then to the max).
Dead-end jobs, no way to progress your career unless you're related to the management.
Poor benefits, inaccessible events
