Pros
The team really focuses on solving user problems. I got to work closely with PMs and developers to make sure the experience is smooth. Regular design reviews helped me improve my skills. Team always gives useful feedback. There is freedom to try new ideas. Seniors support you if your direction makes sense. We use good tools and have access to everything needed to do proper design work.
Cons
Sometimes things change suddenly, and we need to adjust designs quickly. It breaks flow. Deadlines can feel tight, specially when multiple teams are involved. More planning would help.
