Pros
They are great with communication, positive reinforcement, appreciation for hard work and you will never be the doing the same thing each day. Being in the feed team they like you to give you a chance to learn more than just the feed trucks. I look forward to learning more.

Not really any cons, like no workplace is 100% perfect but this is a pretty good place to work at
