      Pros

      Very collegial, supportive of a work-life balance that works for you. Tremendously supportive of outside-of-work activities; people will regularly attend others' performance events, fundraisers, etc. An excellent firm if you are an attorney looking to establish yourself/grow a book of business.

      Cons

      Little to no upward mobility in staff positions. High turnover in lower staff positions. Associates who aren't making the cut also seem to get booted fairly quickly.

      Pros

      Stokes Lawrence is a great place to work. Firm management is very approachable and open to exploring new ideas. Everyone is very down-to-earth and really nice. The firm employs top-notch lawyers who make it a place where you can be proud to work.

      Cons

      Limited advancement if you are not a lawyer.

      Pay is below the range of national firms with offices in Seattle, but commensurate with hours expectation.
