      Pros

      Stone Source supports their employees having a healthy work/life balance. When new processes are rolled out, management makes sure to include all levels of employees in the decision making on how the process should run. The location I work in is extremelyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy diverse and fun. Great company culture and my manager really tries his best to celebrate us :) HR is extremely helpful and for the first time I actually feel like I have an HR person who is truly for the employees. The company also has a new Diversity and Inclusion committee and it was amazing to see a Senior Level Executive involved with helping bring the committee to life (Thanks Ron)!

      Cons

      Prior to the pandemic there weren't many initiatives to get to know employees outside of your office location... with the help of HR this is slowly changing so technically this is a Con of the past :)

      Pros

      Great work environment. Everyone I met, both on my team and the other people on our floor, were very kind and welcoming. I loved all the work I did for the VP of Finance and the CFO.

      Cons

      Honestly didn't have any issues, just wish I could have worked there longer (worked there as a contract worker for specific needs).

      Great environment with beautiful, high-end products and engaging projects, talented and supportive colleagues, making collaboration both enjoyable and motivating.

      Several changes have occurred due to recent acquisitions.
