Working with the volunteers who are gems on this earth. Company gives you flexibility when you need it.
Cons
Departments were in their own 'rooms' making it difficult to bring new ideas to table and work as a team. Many people working remotely with limited accountability therefore communication was limiting.
Stonecroft Ministries Response
7y
As an organization that has a 80 history of reaching women for Christ, change and learning are constant. The organization continues to focus on achieving the mission and has developed strategic goals to align our efforts and resources to that end.

Pros
Mission is on point. Good benefits. Flexible work schedules.
Cons
Some of the upper Management (Board, CFO, VP's and Directors) are very arrogant and feel they are the reason for the success of Stonecroft. Little praise is passed down to the staff. Stonecroft breeds lazy workers because they are not held to any type of work standard. People come to work whenever they feel like it. Some Supervisors hold their departments accountable while others get away with murder. This is a point of frustration to those who work hard. Gossip is horrendous at Stonecroft and should not be tolerated or encouraged, especially for a Christian non-profit organization.
