      Health insurance is good, and the 401 know is great..

      Management will stab you in the back, they need to take care of the people that work there, we are just a number to them.....

      Sharing a common struggle with coworkers

      Cons

      Poor leadership all the way to the top. Nobody knows what's really happening inside the dealership. Also expecting fair treatment or any kind of decent raise, is a pipe dream. And almost everyone is extremely racist.
