      Small team with great synergy. Team lunches together everyday to make sure we all talk to each other. Since it is a small team, everyone needs to pull their weight.

      Need to be ready for the start up mentality. Not a place to sit back and relax.

      No quality assurance no real structure to go off of so you can do whatever you want

      Will be given a lot of empty promises and treated like nothing if you don’t also live onsite.
