Pros
I love the consistent hours, management, marketing, and that we are off on Holidays. I love that although we are a corporation, it is still a small business feel. The corporate office knows you by name, asks about you, and for the most part actually takes an interest in you.
Cons
Most of the locations I have been to are hard to staff. There are always a lot of changes that happen, some of the changes the employees are not made aware of.
