3yWe at Storewise recognize that as a small company, our tenured employees have a profound knowledge of our platform and newer employees have a great opportunity to learn from them. Since we are growing so quickly it can be tough for those people to be available all the time which is why we are actively expanding the knowledge base and resources available to all our employees to ensure that more than just a few have deep product expertise.
We would never intend to hire an employee and make them feel unwelcome, as that directly contradicts Storewise's core values.
