Thank you for sharing your feedback, though it’s unfortunate that you feel this way about your previous employer. We have over 80 employees and our goal is to hire individuals based on merit, skill, and passion for the work we do. Our field managers have an average of 8 years experience with Stormtec and much longer in water management. We have numerous staff that have shown drive, potential and commitment resulting in great career progression including moving from the operations into sales and project management as well as achieving certifications in trades plus health and safety. While there are a few family members working at Stormtec, they have as high (or higher!) expectations placed on them and are assessed and managed based on performance.
We understand that your experience was challenging, particularly regarding how your concerns were addressed. It sounds like a communications problem. Something happened that resulted in us clearly not being a fit. Our culture of high expectations is not for everyone. We have tripled in size in less than 10 years so we must be doing something right! But we may have dropped the ball with you somehow – we are far from perfect.
