Very tight knit team and a lot of autonomy/empowerment is given to each employee. Constantly collaborate and try to improve on any issues/make strengths stronger.

Small and growing, so a lot is asked of each employee and constant iterations take a lot of mental focus/endurance. Will have more benefits with growth.

StoryBox is incredibly well organized, tons of fun, with an exceptional "Get Stuff Done" attitude. Each day presents new challenges and obstacles that are collectively discussed as a team. Its an inclusive place to work, with a rare mix of work flow efficiency and openness to new ideas. If you're drawn to the idea of being on the ground floor with a hardworking team- StoryBox should be on your short list.

If you're looking to go through the motions and do the minimum, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're expecting a 6 week training program, also, probably not the place for you. On day one you'll be expected to contribute at a high level.
