      Pros

      I have been with Strada and it's many iterations for 12 years. The company today feels so much like it was many years ago and that's a great thing. Leadership who listens and works alongside you rather than above you. The communication is wonderful and I truly love our CEO, Colin. There are great things in store for Strada and I'm excited to be part of it.

      Cons

      The separation from Alight has been tough, but it's getting better the closer we get to complete separation. The hardest part has just been technical issues. But we are all in the same boat. Annoying? yes. But everyone is so open to hearing feedback, suggestions, and willing to help. I would take technical issues over toxicity any day.

      Opportunities to learn and develop are daily with challenging busy client situations Many good colleagues with tenure

      Poor Senior Leadership in recent years - lack of transparency Cuts in merits and bonus plans - lack of resources Lack of development support (no certifications, mentor program or structured learning)
