      Pros

      Positive environment with the chance to grow professional thanks to many courses and workshops provided by HR. Remote Work. Lots of holidays. 35 hour work week during summer. Stable industry. Leadership is actively looking for ways to be ahead of the competition and adopt new technologies for it's employees.

      Cons

      Currently going through growing pains over the last couple years since parting with Alight.

      Poor Senior Leadership in recent years - lack of transparency Cuts in merits and bonus plans - lack of resources Lack of development support (no certifications, mentor program or structured learning)
