      Team members are respectfull, but afraid of OPS Manager.

      Cons

      Communication style of ops manager is just not appropriate! 2 kast year and 2 this year- employees left!

      Poor Senior Leadership in recent years - lack of transparency Cuts in merits and bonus plans - lack of resources Lack of development support (no certifications, mentor program or structured learning)
