      Pros

      There is room for advancement to other departments however most departments have bad leadership and put alot of pressure to do more and more.

      Cons

      The office as a whole has bad, unprofessional and self-centered leadership. The culture is very poor as well and you will be working alongside low character people due to high turnover. You will be required to work mandator overtime for up to 2 weeks at a time. The training is subpar as well.

      Pros

      Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. Truly it was a great environment to work in. Your staffed on at least 2-3 projects at a time but its not as overwhelming as I thought it would be.

      Cons

      There's a lot of changes happening at the executive level.
