      Pros

      Manager have way too much power. If you happen to have a good manager you would love it here.

      Cons

      No clear career progression path. If your manager likes you you will succeed. Very poor DEI in certain teams. No proper communication between Managers and employees.

      Poor Senior Leadership in recent years - lack of transparency Cuts in merits and bonus plans - lack of resources Lack of development support (no certifications, mentor program or structured learning)
