      Pros

      - Ample parking availability, which makes it convenient to come to the office everyday, with no needed for flexibility. - Admire the company's commitment to strong family values, although a few individuals who may hold positions of authority based on familial connections rather than merit. Nonetheless, the company culture remains strong and dedicated to excellence.

      Cons

      - Toxic team manager. Once resignation handed, I was threat by the National retail manager, quoted "you better do well and finish your projects before you go. Otherwise, I will call your new company, and I have friends there" with throat cutting gesture. - Below market salary (2 offers received with 50% salary jump) - Little career development

      Pros

      - Retail/supermarket worker's standard wages - Managers sometimes listen to their employees - Management will inform you if your customers leave positive reviews. They don't hesitate to compliment their employees.

      Cons

      - Ineffective communication by upper management and failure to listen to clients. - No real training is being provided. You learn everything by asking. - High turnover - KPI not achievable. Both stores and employees must achieve targets at the same time to get very little commission. Lack of 1 will result in no commission. - The roster only pays you until 16:30, but you often finish later without being paid. Make sure you check your payslip every time because they may miss counting hours or extra breaks.

      Co workers are fantastic people, company does do events throughout the year

      Cons

      Top heavy management, some people have been around for too long and bad habits have been passed on.
