I've had a great experience with SFP. There is a wonderful culture and the training is superb. I feel confident that my clients are well taken care of with the numerous resources available. I would highly recommend SFP to anyone wanting to switch firms.

Great support staff and management, encouraged to work in teams, friendly work place that i would reccomend to close friends

the downsides to working at sfp are the office space, watermill center does need some minor renovations including the parking lot which is currently underway
