      Usage of the company condos.

      Cons

      Severe Financial Hardships. Trades and Vendors not paid so can't do your job properly and keep the tenants happy. Constant revolving door of unhappy employees. Morale extremely low throughout whole company. Poor senior management that fosters toxic culture. Only the head office gets the extra perks

      Pros

      Pay was decent Learn about products I can't say anything else that is a pro really some good people you work with

      Cons

      Terrible management and "yes man" mentality or you will not go anywhere. Meetings just to have them but when you give feedback nothing is done with it ever! Not a good company to work for and you will be a middleman for everyone with no say in anything
