Poor Outlook - Anonymous employee Strategic Management Employee Review

Very, very poor view of this company. There is almost nothing I can say positively about this company. Management does not know how to manage, compensation is very poor, young professionals are taken advantage of, and I do not see how much longer this company can survive amidst a myriad of much better firms.
