While we appreciate the positive comments regarding our organization and friendly work environment, we are sorry your brief experience with Strategic didn't meet your expectations and that you had difficulty with your personal responsibilities. To read your review comes as quite a shock, since we worked consistently to help you through your personal struggles. But that's our nature - it's embedded our company's DNA - a culture that is centered around the well-being of our employees (aka family) and helping them through whatever struggle, personal or professional, they may be facing. It's why we invest heavily in work-life balance programs, including maintaining on-staff massage therapists, generous PTO allotments, ping-pong and arcade machines, and medical benefits that rival large corporations. It's also why we strongly encourage our staff to continue their education thru no-cost educational and IT certification programs. To the reviewer, it's not cool to justify your termination thru the fabrication of falsehoods. You know that. It remains our sincere hope that in the future, you'll be better equipped to manage your personal responsibilities so that you can meet the expectations of your next employer. Ultimately the responsibility for being present and ready to work is outside of Strategic's control - we can't set that alarm clock or help you wake up in the morning.
