      Great project. That’s where the pros end.

      Cons

      Terrible company. Awful culture. Toxic place. Ask about very high turnover if interviewing. Over 100% turnover for a reason.

      Pros

      Water Street Tampa is an amazing project. It's well capitalized by Cascade and Jeff Vinik. Mr. Vinik is truly a good person. Beautiful office space.

      Cons

      It's not clear who is in charge. At some point, the jerks won and the nice people left. I believe they fired a lot of great people that had contrarian opinions.
