Minimum Wage for Amazon level work! None of the leads are ever on time for work You’re given a short time (30 minutes to an hour) to complete 3 hours worth of work Since the leads are the ones that’s supposed to assign you work, most of your time at work (they usually show up an hour or two late, never in the entire time I’ve worked here has a lead shown up on time) you will have to get all plans and spend most of the time they use to arrive there on the phone with them.

If you apply to be a team lead you can virtually do no work and get away with that sweet sweet bonus.
