      Awesome colleagues and a great work environment when they are around.

      Cons

      - The pay vs the workload is completely off-balance - You are expected to do literally everything they throw at you - A lot of demanding and not a lot of appreciation - No room for growth - Spending everywhere else but your team (bonuses are a toss up)

      I cannot identify and cons, but officers should expect challenging assignments and/or extended hours, as this is the nature of the security and public safety profession.
