great mission and idea. Trying to do the right thing and change recruiting industry in a good way

Unstable founder, ineffective team and a total nightmare structure. Values are not lived out by team, onboarding process was chaotic. Unrealistic and unclear expectations by CEO. Toxic work culture and environment. I literally have never had a worse experience in my life. Was verbally berated by CEO. No HR at company so no action to be taken to protect employees. No culture of communication or way to speak up. Person I was replacing was completely burnt out due to unbelievable workload and unrealistic expectations. Great mission but awful company.
