- Currently small, and as so, even an intern can have a huge impact. - Accessible management and executives. - The product is pretty cool and the CEO knows what he's doing in the space. - Work-from-home policies are excellent and allow for a good work/life balance. - The CEO and CTO are familiar with others in the industry and make excellent references. - Fun, nice team. - Catered food to the office every day. This is awesome if you're living on a student's budget!

Early-startup pains are plainly visible. The company is still trying to figure out a communication strategy that works effectively for all employees.

The management team has done a great job hiring quality talent, and even better these folks are great people outside the office. It's also a very rare opportunity to work at a Consumer Electronics company in the Midwest - excited for the future!
