Great team, poor company. - Sales Executive Stratstone Employee Review

I have spent 2 years 6 months there and the staff turn over is embarrassing. However after much hanging on waiting for things to get better as I don't believe in job hopping, we get the right guys to do a good job and we did 104 cars in a month then in Stratstones wisdom they change the pay structure... it would mean I am down by some £8k per year! Not on!
