Even though I am a Lead and full time my schedule can be flexible and my Regional does an excellent job at communicating.

The Job is very easy and most residents are very friendly. You have a few that does not understand that we are the Concierge and not leasing and have limited access to do what leasing actually does

The residents are really sweet and nice for the most part.

Management is terrible, Will pay people doing the same job a dollar less and absolutely will lie to you about what shift you'll be on. Absolutely terrible leads that are condescending and will look for any small reason to complain.
