Pros
I really like the people who are smart, genuine, and approachable. The CEO has an open door policy. You get to use cool technology and I like that we are making a difference in what we develop. Developing Software to help nonprofits raise money to help those in need. Free snacks and fresh fruit, company paid insurance for employees and options for family plans, Autonomy, etc.
Cons
Growing and having some space issues so we had to give up our video game room. We are adding more space in the building so hopefully that will come back.
