This company has a lot of transparency and they're releasing quarterly reports and board meetings summaries and sharing a lot with all the employees. There's a great habit of weekly all hands where all questions can be asked and C levels are providing answers
Cons
Sometimes they're too transparent on sensitive things that i think should be dealt on a personal level with each employee.
