      hybrid work, can work from home at times depending on your role

      low pay for level of exp = did not pay overtime for a salary position but still expected you to work 60-65 hours a week a certain times

      Company Christmas party, coffee, benefits, rrsp, great shop foreman, great shop safety

      Cons

      management disorganized, low wages, cannot bank holiday days, no apprenticeships offered, the 'boss' compared his company to a Ferrari manufacturing plant yet they lack the craftmanship experience and tools to do the job. You cannot grow in this company. When I asked for a small raise I was turned down. The higherups want yes men.
