Pros
Very laid back environment. No animosity, or drama between employees. Beautiful office & location. Located very close to where I lived. Always supplied with everything needed to perform my job efficiently. Lenient hours and great pay. Mr. Jackson always made certain that his employees were well taken care of, in & outside the office. We all worked very well together & was given the opportunity to see and learn amazing things.
Cons
Mr. Jackson was almost always absent, which left me in the position of waiting for authorization or assistance with the job at hand. Sometimes, it was difficult to prioritize my work and finish projects without the owners approval.
