Pros
A lot of personal and professional development. The company and management truly care about their employees. I've never seen an owner of a company so involved with their people and invests time into the team's success. I've grown more here than anywhere else I've ever worked.
Cons
It is a lot of work. You'll invest a lot of time. But man is it worth it! It is simple work, but it's not easy. It's not meant to be. There is no growth in the comfort zone. Put in the work and it'll pay off exponentially.
