Pros

The company has a strong management team that consistently pushes you to perform at your best and develop professionally. The market is very busy, which creates plenty of opportunity to succeed. The commission structure is attractive and rewarding for high performance. There is also a great team culture, with a supportive environment where you are surrounded by driven, successful individuals who motivate each other.

Cons

As with any sales or recruitment role, the hours are long, especially if you are covering the US market. but you get out what you put in, and the leadership treat people like adults when it comes to their working hours.

Pros

Coming from a sales background, this has been a really exciting and rewarding environment to be in. Super collaborative and supportive team, everyone genuinely wants to see each other win. Clear opportunity to grow and develop, and it truly gets better the longer you stay. Leadership is invested and accessible, with a strong focus on performance and development. Fun, high-energy culture with team trips and incentives that make the hard work worth it. Unlimited PTO, with a culture that actually encourages you to use it. Fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot very quickly.

Cons

It’s a high-performance environment, so it’s not for someone looking for something super relaxed. Can be intense at times, especially during busy periods or end of quarter, but if you enjoy working hard this is a great place to be.

Pros

Strive is a great place to work with strong development opportunities and a supportive team. High earning potential for top performers and clear progression paths.

Cons

Can be fast-paced and demanding at times (in the right way), but that comes with working at a high performing company.
