Probably the most toxic company I have ever worked for!!!!
There is a group of people who have been there 10+ years and they care only about themselves and how they look to the directors so dont expect to be given credit for your own work, they will take it. The directors use intimidation as a way of making people do work, there is no understanding and you can be assured they will throw you under the bus if they didn't like you.
Staff that have been there for so long always complain and roll their eyes at the directors when it seems they have picked up their horrible ways through so many years of working there.
No one believes in progression, they dont want to train you up and would rather people leave than have to push them to be better as it takes up too much of their time. They need to go on managerial training! No check ins, no progression plans, no goals to hit so you can count that out if you are looking for that in this role as they don't care about you. They will give you a slight step up in your role with the statement 'its only for a few months' as it will benefit them and their workload instead of actually training you up. You will go back to where you started or worse when that time is up
People have been victimised until they either leave or let go of. The revolving door is never ending of people who the director decides he doesn't like.
