Pros

Working at StubGroup is a genuinely rewarding experience. The environment is both collaborative and engaging, fostering continuous personal and professional growth. Team members are encouraged to actively brainstorm, share ideas openly, and support each other in solving unique client challenges. Leadership is approachable and genuinely values input from all levels, which builds a culture of trust, innovation, and mutual respect. Whether you're sharpening your digital advertising expertise or navigating complex client scenarios, there’s always an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow. Remote meetings are consistently professional, easy-going, and effective, making virtual teamwork feel natural for this workspace.

Cons

Not many. It mostly depends on how you prefer to work. While remote communication is strong and well-organized, those who thrive on in-person collaboration may miss the dynamic of a traditional office environment.

Pros

-Stubgroup has a very healthy focus on doing what is right for the customer while taking care of their employees. You are encouraged to try new platforms, campaign types, etc to get the best results. Expect to learn and grow in your advertising skills. -Currently the company is 100% remote which makes work life balance a lot easier than typical office jobs. -The managers listen and gather information and then act on it. I can't overstate how important this is. Issues get handled in a timely manner. No corporate red tape. -Collaborative culture: expect to team up with some awesome people from different backgrounds and skill sets.

Cons

-Minimal training. If you have an advertising background you will be able to jump in and grow your skills, but if you are hoping to sit in trainings for 3 months before you start this is not the right company.
