      Pros

      Managers are so nice and accomodating, generslly quite young so does not feel as strict. Job is based on your own schedule so can pick and choose when you want to work.

      Cons

      Distance to some viewings can sometimes be a bit demotivating, especially if you do not have your car in your city.
